Lift Lab Pro collects information you provide directly, including your fitness profile (age, height, weight, goals), workout data, nutrition logs, and account information. We also collect usage data through Apple’s HealthKit with your explicit permission.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to generate personalized workout programs, track your progress, provide AI coaching, and improve the app experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features (workout generation, food logging, coaching), your relevant fitness data is processed by our AI systems to provide personalized responses. This data is not used to train AI models.

4. Data Storage

Your workout and nutrition data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework and synced via iCloud if enabled. Account data is stored securely on our servers.

5. HealthKit

With your permission, we read and write health data through Apple HealthKit. This includes workout data, heart rate, calories burned, and step counts. HealthKit data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at liftlab@epicai.ai.
