1. Acceptance

By using Lift Lab Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Subscriptions

Lift Lab Pro offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Elite). Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. AI-Generated Content

Workout programs and nutrition advice generated by AI are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users’ data, or use the AI features for purposes unrelated to fitness and health.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lift Lab Pro and its developers are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from the use of AI-generated workout programs or nutrition advice.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
